Field	Description
User ID	Go to the “Settings” menu. Create your API user ID and key and start linking the API right away. Click on the button ‘CREATE API KEY’ in the tab ‘API KEYS’, the user-id and key are generated.

DHL DE Returns (Post & Parcel Germany)

Authentication

Field	Description
Username	"User from Post & DHL Business Customer Portal".
(User must be authorized for returns!)
Password	"Password of above user"

Service overview

This integration uses the return address stored at DHL DE contract/interface. Return location created at Returnista will be ignored for shipments using this product.

Requirements: A valid business customer contract with DHL Paket GmbH for the products DHL Retoure Online and/or DHL Retoure International. Access to the Post & DHL Business Customer Portal with the authorization for the function "Returns".
