Authentication

On Monta go to Connect > Monta REST API > Click +. We reccomend to use the name "Returnista". Click Connect.

Copy the Username and Password.

Service overview

Merchants can only use this integration if order number on Montapacking matches order number used on E-commerce platform. Only available for Montapacking customers with return addresses in The Netherlands.

This integration uses the return address stored at Montapacking contract/interface. Return location created at Returnista will be ignored for shipments using this product.
