Exchanges

Exchange settings allow customers to exchange items for different sizes instead of returning them for a refund. This feature is available for Shopify and Magento platforms.

Exchange Configuration

Setting	Description
Enable exchanges	Turn on exchange functionality for your store.
Free returns for exchanges	Provide free return shipping labels when customers choose to exchange items instead of returning them for a refund.
Exchange price filter	Filter exchange options to only show products with equal or lower prices than the original item.

How Exchanges Work

When exchanges are enabled, customers can exchange items for different sizes of the same product. The system automatically identifies available size options for apparel items and presents them to customers during the return process.

Exchange Process:

• Customers select items they want to exchange

• Available size options are automatically displayed

• Customers choose their preferred size

• Exchange requests are processed through the normal return workflow

• Customers receive their new size while returning the original item
