Insights
The Insights in our Merchant App is designed to provide detailed data insights by combining information from the returns process with sales data. This aims to assist merchants to comprehend the reasons behind product returns and to identify trends based on different order and product characteristics allowing them to reduce returns.
The Insights Page can be accessed through the Merchant App dashboard. Merchants can navigate to this page to view and analyze their returns and sales data comprehensively.
Key Features
Data Integration
The page collects and merges data from the returns process with sales data. This enables merchants to access detailed information at the product level about why customers are returning items.
Pattern Identification
Merchants can identify return patterns based on various criteria, including country of order, payment method, product size, and category.
Customizable Filters
A range of filters is available, allowing merchants to view data based on specific parameters such as date, request type (refund, exchange, store credit), and product details.
Data Export
Merchants have the capability to extract and download this data in CSV format for further analysis or reporting.
Platform
The Insights Page is not available for merchants using Lightspeed, Shopware, or a no-platform solution. This limitation is due to the unavailability of sales data from these platforms, which is essential for calculating impact or return rates.
