Return reasons provide insights for merchants on our returns platform. Merchants can either select options from our library or create custom ones with translations in enabled languages. These reasons are presented to customers on the returns portal and offer insights about why products are returned.

Merchants are able to change the order the reasons are displayed to consumers.

Tailor reasons to your unique needs. Translations to other enabled languages will be required for custom reasons.
