Returnista offers an official integration being the only returns management app fully embedded in Shopify's interface. The app has been approved to be listed on Shopify's App Store which makes installing incredibly easy. Shopify merchants can simply 'add' the app and skip all technical integration steps.

Public App Installation

To install the app as in your store:

• Go to Shopify's App Store.
• Search for "Returnista."
• Click "Install," select a plan, and follow the required installation steps.

Custom App

For enterprise merchants we also offer a custom app solution.

A custom integration is available for Enterprise merchants. Requirements include the credentials below:

• Shopify's API Key
• API Secret Key

Fulfilled items

Enabling this feature restricts customers to returning only items that have been fulfilled.

Refunds management

Consumer refund notification

When enabled, it triggers Shopify's standard email notification when a merchant issues a refund using our app. Please note this email is not customisable through our system.
